Once I submit the form on my selected program package of the digital screens network, is it deemed confirmed that it is available?

No, Brandxcess shall notify you via emails or telephone calls or any other method deemed appropriate on the availability of the selected program package as the digital screens spots and screens are based on first-come, first-served basis. A booking confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of the payment process.

How do I perform payment upon confirmation of availability of the selected program package?

Upon confirmation of the availability of the selected program package, Brandxcess will provide the payment account details to you via email and you shall make payment by way of Interbank GIRO (IBG) or Cash Deposit via ATM to Brandxcess’s Current Account for the selected program package and the additional cost incur for the content development by Brandxcess (if applicable) within 24 hours from the time of receiving the payment account details via email or the time frame as may be determined by Brandxcess, failing which Brandxcess shall not be responsible in the event of non-availability of your selected program package due to the delay of full payment. You will need to submit proof of payment by e-mailing the relevant receipt(s) or statement(s) evidencing the full settlement of payment to customerservice@brandxcess.com.

Will I be getting a reminder in within 24 hours from the time I receive the payment account details from Brandxcess?

Yes, there will be a reminder by way of telephone calls or emails prior to the expiry of the booking reservation for your selected program package. Once this 24-hour reservation period expires, you will need to re-select your program package from the shopping cart. Availability of spots and screens are based on first-come, first-served basis.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is essentially your obligation to provide your latest and accurate telephone / mobile number and/or e-mail addresses and Brandxcess shall not be responsible in the event that you cannot be contacted for any reasons whatsoever.

Can Brandxcess assist in developing the advertisement visual content? How much is the charges?

Yes, prefix advertising material template and creative assistance is available and you can click to add this option during your selection of the digital screens network. In the event if you would require content development from us, additional cost of about RM800 not inclusive of GST will incur for 10 to 15 seconds of content. You will be allowed a maximum of two (2) revisions during the material production period, after which a surcharge of RM250 not inclusive of GST will incur for each subsequent revisions.

Can I use my existing advertisement created by my own creative agency?

Yes, you may appoint your own creative agency at your own cost to develop the advertisement content and thereafter to be provided to Brandxcess prior to the live advertisement date.

What are the restrictions and/or regulations for Out-of-Home advertising?

All materials must comply with the prevailing advertising regulations of the country and respective states and consist of the mandatory inclusion of the national language, Bahasa Malaysia. All digital screens are not audible.

Effectively 1st June 2017, a mandatory fee of RM30.00 not inclusive of GST is impose per material submission on creative artwork for Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka (DBP) approvals. This is applicable to all outdoor advertising medium in Malaysia.

Is it compulsory for me to submit my advertisement for approval of authorities? When must I submit the material?

It is mandatory by regulation for every advertiser to submit their advertisement to the relevant authorities for approval before broadcasting to the general public. All materials must be submitted for relevant authorities' approvals 12 working days before your advertisement goes live and make time for creative amendments based on authorities’ response to avoid any delays.

Can I cancel my booking after payment is made?

Brandxcess practices a non-cancellation policy. All successful transactions/ payments are not subject to refund or credit and any appeal for the refund of payment will not be entertained. However, you are given one (1) opportunity to change your advertisement live date subject to availability based on first-come, first-served basis. What happens if I do not submit my advertisement on time?

Brandxcess will not be responsible for the loss of airtime due to the delay in material submission. All loss of airtime due to the negligence of advertisers will not be compensated.

What happens if my selected program package of digital screens network has been identified for National or Government civic airing?

Should any of the package screens are identified for the sudden reinforcement for National or Government civic airing, Brandxcess will notify all affected advertisers prior to such event and you shall receive an extension of the campaign duration in accordance to the campaign downtime that is affected by the National or Government civic campaigns.
